Zillicoah is my new favorite brewery. They have incredible beer in an incredible space that rivals anything you'll find in all of western North Carolina. There is a great beer variety with a focus on funky stuff (barrel aging, open fermentation, brett, etc. ). I have had every beer on the menu and have never been disappointed. Do yourself a favor, get away from the south slope and drink this beer next to the river.
